Best hosting company?

I am getting lots of CPU throttling with my current host, is there a good one to go with when dealing with forums containing lots of images?

Every hosting company is crap, until you start paying $1500 a month and have back up lines in case of data center issues or backbone connectivity issues.

Don't go with VPS hosting where they dont' give you the promised resources. And personally I stopped considering shared hosting as a whole. If you can invest in a vps at linode.com or vps.net you will be fine. If you have a more serious site, consider dedicated hosting with theplanet.com or leaseweb.com
