Some posts appered from not the right writer !!

Hi all ..
Before few dates i have upgrade my forum from 3.8.4 PL2 to 3.8.5
and now, some times the users when they write a post .. the post appeared from another user .. ( example : the user john write a post .. the post appeared from the user Sara ! ) ..
note : this problem is a general not with specific user ..
another nore : this problem appers most time with forms moderator not Adimn ..

Try disabling your modifications/plugins and see if you still have this problem.
Note: To temporarily disable the plugin system, edit config.php and add this line right under <?php

define('DISABLE_HOOKS', true);
