    disappearance of members

The recent period and I have a problem missing members and visitors abruptly.
For example, watching the number of members 70 and 300 visitors, and then disappear and become for example, 10 members and 4 visitors
I followed this way but did not succeed
Check the following usergroup permission is set to yes for each group:

AdminCP -> Usergroups -> Usergroup Manager -> Edit Usergroup -> Usergroup Options -> Viewable on the Memberlist

What's your session timeout set to?

AdminCP -> Settings -> Options -> Cookies and HTTP Header Options -> Session Timeout

This setting determines how long members and guests remain on the the currently active users list.

It sounds like mysql is restarting and thus zapping the session table. Take a look at your mysql err logs and see if that is happening (if you don't know where they are, ask your host).

I don't understand what you just said. If mysql is restarting, then it should say why in the mysql logs. I know when this was happening to me it told me why and I had to then go adjust some mysql variables to make my mysql server happy again.

I think those are just your basic error_logs, not your mysql error logs. You may need to talk to your host about this issue and have them look into it.

You must check your mysql error logs on the server. These are not accessible via the cPanel page you displayed earlier. If you do not have root access to the server, you'll need to contact your host to determine the contents of the error logs.

No, don't just post it. Find the entries in there that correspond with around the times you have issues on your site. (And if you have that big of a log for one day, you should *definitely* be talking to your host!)

Unfortunately, the host said he could not help us and there was no problem
And now what can we do now?

Did you look at those mysql error logs? Did you not have anything in them from that day? Nothing about mysql restarting or any other errors?
