Avatar Upload Failed

I am trying to upload an avatar (.gif file) to my forums and it keeps saying upload has failed.

I have uploaded it via diagnostics and it fails as well. Here is the output of that.

open_basedir: None
safe_mode: Off
upload_tmp_dir: None
upload_max_filesize: 2.00 MB

Also when I upload other avatars such as .jpgs and .pngs they work fine.

In your usergroup permissions, do you have "Can Upload Animated Avatar" enabled?
