So, you want to edit that particular page?
AdminCP -> Styles and Templates -> Edit Templates (of style(s) you wish to edit).
Underneath the calendar templates group, there's the two templates for the contactus page. Edit at your will.

What is it you want to edit because there is contact us options in Vbulletin options in admin cp if you want to add on extra questions for example.

I think he may want to move the boxes around in a different order. But for adding questions, just go to
AdminCP -> vBulletin Options (x2)
Then I don't know after that. Brainfail!

I think the OP was asking how to add more question or fields, which is down in vboptions > contact us

Yes i want to ad another section and reword one already there I still not found it yet but I'm still looking.
