    Notices blank for certain usergroups?

hi everyone, i've been using the Notices feature for quite some time on my 3.8.4.

Just today i wanted to add a new notice and set the criteria to not display to usergroup: "Moderators"
Unfortunately the notice came up blank for me (the admin) and even the registered group..
but it displays fine for the "unregistered"

how is this possible? and what should i be looking into?

    i have attached the screenshot

    would appreciate any help!

    Thanks!
    Tom

If I post CSS and you don't know where it goes, throw it into the additional.css template.

I really don't know from the information you have posted. You may want to put in a support ticket and give support access to look at your admin panel and see what is going on.

              hi guys, found the problem.

              it was VBoptimise's caching
flush the cache and it works
