Username too short

In vBulletin options/user registration options I set the maximum number of characters for usernames 25, but anything more than 15 can't be seen. My forum shows only 15 caracters, how to fix it.

The same problem i have with sub-forum titles. Only 15 characters. Is it possible to fix that?

Do you have a link to where this is happening? Are the names just cut-off in display or are they cut-off in the source code also?

For example, I wanted to call one of my forums questions and suggestions but when I wrote it it was like this: questions and s&.
My users tried to registered with full name, but after 15 characters their names are cut of. I tried to fix it in admin area, in user profile, but no use. when I saved fix name it was the same, cut off after 15th character.

All my forums titles I created to be shorter than 15 characters, but i would like to my users have their names.

Is it possible that the problem is because we using Cyrillic alfabet?

Yes, I believe I have heard this mentioned in regard to other alphabets.... you can try modifying vboptinos > user registration options > max chars to be larger, but that isn't a real fix. I would put in a support ticket and make sure to mention you are using the Cyrillic alphabet.
