    Add No-Cache HTTP Headers

    Should I always have this set to No?

    That is the default setting and I think that is what most people leave it at.

      Mine was set to "Yes". I guess setting it "No" helps cut down on server load? I just changed mine to "No" as my server loads have recently been very high.
