Automatic notiification of all new posts for a specific group in a specific forum

Is it possible to set up a single forum that automaically notifies all specified members of the usergroup (with permission to view that forum) when any new post is entered in that forum? It's currently configured for everyone to automatically subscribe if they've posted, but I'd like to notify the entire usergroup of a post whether that user has actually posted in the thread or not. At the same time, I don't want to enable it so that they are notified of all posts in the other forums, just the one specific forum.

Maybe it can't be done, but if there's a step by step way to set it up, I'd appreciate the advice. Thanks.
