after i turn off the php error it worked after 90 mins

Then you need to do the fix provided in the bug tracker to all your modification files that are giving you the error (see post 3 here - http://www.vbulletin.com/forum/proje...?issueid=28380)

Are you getting the errors from vbulletin files or from modification files? If you are getting them from totally default vb files with no modifications at all, then you should put in a support ticket.

The php.ini file is not a vbulletin file. It is a php configuration file.

i have asked my hosting about it and they told me to turn the php error off from Cpanel and i did turn it off but i am still getiing the errors

It could be in a different folder depending on who installed your software. If I recall, mine is in my etc directory, but other people may have theirs in different folders.

That is your problem. I recall seeing a bug report on this. I think the fix was to disable display_errors in your php.ini file. But, you can go look it up in the bug report.
