How do I allow members to change prefix when editing threads?

Currently only admin and moderators can see thread prefix options when editing a thread.

How can I allow members to change prefix when editing a thread?

    Currently I have:

    Through forum manager:
    Use Selected Prefix Sets Flags
Require Threads to have a Prefix - NO

    Usergroup manager:
Can Edit Own Posts - Yes

    Thread Prefix Manager:
    permissions [checked all]

    vbulletin options/posting and editing options:

Time Limit on Editing of Thread Title
Specify the time-limit (in minutes) within which the thread title may be edited by the user whom started the thread. [0]

Time Limit on Editing of Posts
Time limit (in minutes) to impose on editing of messages. After this time limit only moderators will be able edit or delete the message. 1 day is 1440 minutes.

Set the value to 0 to allow users to edit their posts indefinitely. [0]

Options > Time Limit on Editing of Thread Title... you have that set to 0. That means no one may edit the thread title. Set it to something very large (one year is a bit more than 500,000 minutes)

Please don't PM or VM me for support - I only help out in the threads.

If I post CSS and you don't know where it goes, throw it into the additional.css template.
