forum being redirected to FBI site

i just upgraded to vb 3.8.4 because of this redirection problem
and the problem remains after upgrade.

it loads navbar, then redirects to fbi.gov.
it happens on all the templates so this redirection must be somewhere on the sql.
how to find out?
i have root access

have you tried searching the DB for fbi.gov?

There are some template correctors over at vBulletin.org. Check the recent releases from earlier this month.

Some hacker likely messed with your complied templates, or added something to headinclude.

yeah i did and found a new forum for only redirection. i deleted it but problem persists.

i cant find this template corrector? got link?

Then I can see what type of redirection it is, an maybe where exactly it is located.
