Something has gone horrible wrong... hacked by Chinese??

As of the other day my forum has stopped working, kinda.

http://www.315er.net/forum/index.php doesn't load, it might try to redirect you to another website

but the various forums do display if you type in the correct url

I have a test board set up with it's own database, it works. When i have my test board pull from the real database the problem is recreated. I assume the problem is in my database and only effects my index.php

Anyone have an idea where to start to fix this?

There are no backups to load, I know...stupid me.
    I am running version 3.8.0
    My admin control still works

Have you actually checked index.php to make sure it's really vB's index.php? If not, just try and upload and overwrite index.php again.

Thanks but that file is unchanged.
I replaced it with one from an old backup, same problem.

I have a 1 year old backup of the bulletin files but not the database

Templates are stored in the database. Check the forumhome templates to see if they have been altered or emptied.

If so, revert them or copy/paste them from your test boards template system (if the versions are the same).

I turned off all modifications by adding define('DISABLE_HOOKS', true); to the config.php.
I was going to run the upgrade to 4.0
Guess my problem was in one of my add-ons

Yep, also if you have "miserable users" as an add-on check and see if that was it, because that was the problem with mine when it wouldnt load.

i have vbadvance CMPS, Ibproarcade, Photopost, Post Thank You hack, Quoteit!, vbexperience, and some hack that shows your recent photopost upload when you make a post.

All have been installed for about a year and ran fine until thursday.

Photopost and the arcade still function normally after turning off modification in the config. I am going to remove that line and turn them off one by one in admin plugin manager to see if i can narrow down what it is

It has been narrowed down to a VBA CMPS problem.
When i disable these plugins the message board works

                    vba CMPS - Include Bottom
                    vba CMPS - Include Top
                    vba CMPS - Integration output

just upgraded to newest version of vba CMPS and all the problems are fixed

Thanks to the couple people that offered suggestions. if i hadn't stumbled into disabling the modifications Drocr would have made me think of it.
