Does post reporting floodcheck have its own setting?

Hello guys,

One of my users got a "This forum requires that you wait 60 seconds between reporting posts" message but there seems to be no individual setting to control this?

Off the top of my head, it uses the normal email floodcheck system.

The reporting system operates off the email floodcheck system, yes. However, you can tweak this to be faster for some people and slower for others - i have some code that i found somewhere on vB.org that i can flick you if you want.

Thanks for the replies. Post reporting is usually something that you'd like to see encouraged in a big board like ours, so I can't see any sense in reusing a different setting which ought to be left at a higher value like email floodcheck.

I agree Dennis, I would like to keep my Email Flood Check to 60 but have a much shorter time span for Post Reporting (for example 0 or 15). Would it be possible somehow to achieve this?

Sorry, there is no function to do this. This requires modifying the code - you will need to post at www.vbulletin.org for assistance with this.
