This should be in the Admin CP options.

User Group > User Group Manager > Select the users you want > General Permissions > Show edited by note on edited messages? > Select "No"

I think you can do it via usergroup permissions - Usergroup Manager > Registered Users > Can see 'Edited by' messages

That is my problem. I have this set to NO, but note is still there.

Because you are admin - have you changed it for yourself?

Of course, I am not a noob.

Guests can still see it, although they don't have permission.

You should have stated your problem more clearly in the first post then.
Make sure your other usergroups that your admin account is in can't see them as well. Im not sure if that would effect it or not but its worth a try.

As soon as you or anyone else enters anything into the "Reason for Editing:"-field, the notice will show up. Leave it empty and the notice won't show if you set permissions right.

Well, I edit it (without reason input) and it popup for all groups, regardless it is set to NO. I am guessing maybe it has something to do with custom made style, and designer left something open for that.

Does anybody knows which template to edit to remove this.

                      I wrote a plugin for this: http://vbcodex.com/threads/62-Hide-Last-Edited-By

Works for 3.8.4. Only Admins will see the Last Edited by.

You need to join first, and then contribute to the community in way of posting.

You can find the steps here to create the plugin: http://www.vbulletin.com/forum/showt...=1#post1729316
