Not All Visitor Messages Appearing

Hi,

As Admin, why can't I view all members' visitor messeages on their profiles? Some appear and some don't. Is there an option I'm missing?

It's not showing for members either. Although they are all one user group.

Sorry. I meant the visitors messages tab is not showing. It is enabled for all members but not showing for all of them.

They can turn them off completely in their user cp or they can set the privacy for them to only show to friends.

Even if it has just been enabled by Admin?

I'm getting complaints that it isn't appearing.

Also, if a member chooses to show only to friends, that means admin and moderators can't see it?

Did you also enable it in the usergroup manager for the usergroups? There is a whole section in the usergroup manager relating to visitor messages.
