Hacked - Upgrade does not show up in forum footer

Hi,
I am being constantly hacked by someone in Vietnam and the upgrade did nothing to help. I upgraded from 3.83 to 3.84 with patch and the upgrade does not show up in the footer of the forum. It does show up in cpanel. Can anyone help?
