My Users are not able to log in

Some of my users are not able to log in, and resetting their passwords is not helping. I am running 3.8.4 Vbulletin.

Its a kontera issue.
How do I remove kontera?

Simply remove the Kontera' javascript from where you placed it, much likely in a template. Search "kontera" across your templates in vBulletin's style manager.

I had this issue and moved the code to the header and the issue was resolved

I just stopped kontera all together.
