    User notes

    When staff post user notes on members, are the members able to see what we have written about them. IE Time outs, infractions, and so forth.

      Only if you've given the usergroup the "Can View User Notes About Self" permission in the Usergroup Manager.
      When in doubt, give it a clout :D
