Undeleteable User

I would like to know how to set myself as a undeletable user in the config file for 3.8.4.

Or.... is this already set as default?

I need to know if this is this done by default if I only have one administrator?

Not that I'm aware. Just add your userid to that line of the config.php file (along with the userid's of any other administrators you have, separated by commas).
