Prune / Move Users Error!

Hi Guys....just got the latest v3.8.4 PL1 and installed today and....

Like what the title said i'm having problem using this system can't do it all way...prune the zero posters and moving some usergroups to another...having this kind or error below

see to it that everything is correct and users check and also option: delete or move but still nothing happen but instead having both of this...

oppps correct my words up there but i'm about to tell that just renew my board yesterday... from v3.8.4 to the latest...and my commmunity board is quite old since 2007 with almost 8,000 registered members so i was trying to prune those inactive registered members yesterday ...but no luck

well as i said...as i notice that i can't use this system...to prune and likewise to move to another usergroups...it seems that the system function can't do it due to a large or huge count of members list being checked for pruning or moving

is there any way to reduce the sum of search list?
