include the username of a poster in the subject when someone responds to their post?

maybe there's no such option for the privacy standpoint

How do I include the username of a poster in the subject when someone responds to their post?

i.e.


User1 posts a message with subject "Need Help"


User2 responds (just responds, doesn't quote). I'd like the subject line of User2's post to read: "Re: [User1] Need Help"


There must be a way to do this.
