15 minute login fail..

Well I was testing a new mod and now it's been more than 15 minutes upon which I can login again.

Is there anyway for the owner (host login ect..) of a way to make it so my ip isn't waiting 15 minutes.

You mean you invlidated your login 5 times and cannot log back in now? You can go into phpmyadmin and EMPTY (not delete, not drop) the strikes table.
