Social Groups issues

I was creating a few social groups and got a message letting me know that I can only create 5 Social Groups. How do I change this so I can create more? Is this setting usergroup specific?

Admin CP -> Usergroups -> Usergroup Manager -> Edit Usergroup -> Maximum Created Groups
