I want to transfer from my WWF to vBulletin. First, I want to try to install vBulletin on my PC and make data transfer, when i will have all prepared, than I will transfer it to my hosting domain. The question is, if I will made installation first on my localhost PC is it possible to make later another installation on my server, where is correct domain?

Nothing stops you from installing a test copy of the software on your own machine. Its fairly easy to move data between two servers as well: http://www.vbulletin.com/docs/html/moving_servers
