"Who Posted" - How can a user check that function ?

I just checked in one of my site's, checking the "WHO'S ONLINE" page. One non-registered user was checking this Function:

    /board/misc.php?do=whoposted&t=750
How can that function be found, because I don't know about it yet. And can that be prevented from used by non-registered users ?

Try it here. You'll just see a non permission error, so you already are prevented from using it if you don't have permission to do so.

Ok, got it. Seems I overlooked some permissions for that particular Forum Section. Never mind then. Thanks.

Just because a user is shown as accessing this url does not mean he has permission to access it. Look out for that tiny red stop sign in WOL - this means the user acceses this URL, but does see a non permission error doing so.
