Automatically Retrieve Titles in Links?

In this vBulletin Community Forum, In the message posting interface there's no option to check or uncheck of retrieving titles in external links.

While in my forum it's there by default.

My question is;
How do I disable it, so that it does not show (like this forum) and the title is NOT retrieved at all times?

If memory serves me correctly - this is not a vBulletin feature; this feature is part of the vBSeo third party product and is disabled in the vbseocp.php admin panel.
