custom text shown in one forum only?

Hi, I run a forum about fashion, and we have a subforum for members to sell eachother purses, ect, they no longer want. I'm having trouble with a few ppl not bothering to read the rules, and then I have to PM them and ask them to edit their posts. I know you can write something in Forum Description, but if I put the rules on there, it's too much text, and in forum/index, makes the one forum box look all huge. I'd like a way to post the text at the top of my "buy/sell/trade" subforum ONLY, so that people see the text at the top as soon as they open the forum. Is there any way to do this? Thanks

You can use the Notices System. In your Admin CP click on Notices then Add New Notice. Type in the HTML you want to show and set the conditions by checking the box for User is browsing forum and set the appropriate forum.
