Hide Poster's IP addresses in posts

Is there a way to specifically hide poster's ip addresses in their posts. Otherwise how would one go about making it so no ip addresses are shown for any at all.

I have a user that does not want his ip address to show for his past posts and if I can not alter that, wants all his posts deleted.

You can set this at:
AdminCP->Options->Message Posting and Editing Options->Log IP Addresses

and set to either
- Do not log IP (I wouldn't recommend this if there's not good cause to do so) or
- Display, but require Administrator or Moderator

with the second setting only Admins and Mods will see the IP.
