Can't PM in my forum, Please help.
I have lost all ability to private message in my forum, all links and buttons are gone including the reply button as well, can anyone tell me how to fix this problem.

Did you turn off your ability to use them in the usergroup manager? Or turn it off in vboptions > PM Options ?

No it's all turned on.
I was however hacked by the terrorists, and they damaged my database with an Exploit inside, so we stripped the database and made a new one, and now all PM ability is gone.
And even under the welcome User: i use to have Private Message: Unread 0, Total 0. showing, and that's gone also.

Well, I have no idea what you did to the database, so I don't know what to suggest to fix it. You may want to put in a support ticket and then they can look at your database structure.
