IE & Opera issue viewing my forum

Hi guys

I am having the following issue

Whenever a user tries to view my site using IE ( Any version ) or Opera they can only see the first 2 posts of the thread ?

When they logout however they are able to see the entire thread ?

I am using Vbulletin 3.8.3 and have no idea how to resolve this, so any help would be appreciated

The frist thing to do is to try to replicate the issue yourself.
Additionally turn off all of your plugins, via the config.php file by adding define("DISABLE_PLUGINS", 1); on its own line.
Finally add a default (stock) style, and add a new language package.

After making all of these changes is the error still occuring?

I have replicated the error and i can see what happens

I have also gone through my modules and disabled them manualy via AdminCP and tried the route you described via config.php ( i then get a Template hook error in the bottom right of the screen )

I cannot try the stock style yet as i have a very active forum and i dont understand what you mean by adding a new language pack ?

Also a note i have not made any major changes recently. The site has been working perfectly for months.... , this issue only started a day or 2 ago and i cant get my head around it ??

Something is causing it, if you cannot take the time to work though the trouble shooting steps im not sure what more could be done. Additionally you do not need to force all users to view the default style. You can leave your current style enabled, just add the new one and let it be enabled and selectable so you can view it as a user in IE/Guest.

thsi is the error i get bottom right of screen

1$template_hook[postbit_userinfo_left] new responses (live topic)

and yes i have disabled Live Topic as well even uninstalled it

I only added 2 modules recently and those i have also removed to see if they where the cause but to no avail...

I have made the stock skin selectable and tried it and it seems to work fine then

then it must be a template issue. You'll need to go though your code.

Thats the weird thing i have not made any changes to the template ?

So i would not even know where to look or what to look for ..

Try this. Create a new style and choose no parent style. This will force it to use the default templates. Then change to this style and view your forums with it. Do you have the same problem?

If you do, empty your browser cache, close all browser windows and try again.

If you do not have this problem with the original templates, then this means the problem is with one or more of your custom templates. You need to revert your templates, then redo your changes.

I visited this site using Opera 10.0 and it seems to work ok, I can certainly see more than two posts.

When they are logged out its actualy fine they can see all posts, but as soon as they are logged in they can only see up to 2nd post.

When i revert back to viewing Default style then everything is fine ?

But problem is i dont know what to revert back to on my skin as it has been running on that skin fr more than 2 years without any issues and as of 3 days ago i have been having this issue
