more than 2gb database forum !

salam alikom
i have more than 2gb database forum !
it cause some problems with the server ( slow )
some database errors , hard to get backup ,
i need some suggestion to deal with this big forum
( about 10,000 visitor a day )

I assume attachments are already in the file system?

yes the safa mode is off so i can keep the attachments out of the databases and i already did
