web server

hello,this might be kind of a easliy fixed problem but its stuck with me,i can figure out where my wb server folder is,i have downloaded and installed both PHP and mySQL,but i cant seem to find a web server folder...any ideas on whats wrong?or were the web server folder should be?

Who is hosting your site? Normally your web host or server person can tell you where the web root is.
