    custome queries

    I have some non-vb (php & mysql) pages and I would like to query the database to display some info in the footer of vbulletin.

    do I use templates for this? but I'm not sure how or if this is possible.

      That is possible with custom code. You will likely need to modify the files or use a plugin. If you have some coding ability then you can post on www.vbulletin.org for help with this.

          ok thanks I did

          but I got one small problem, I moved the database and made the changes in the config.php but then I get following errors:

                  I did but it doesn't work, I'm still having the problem.

                  I backed up my database and reuploaded and then I got that problem.

                      if define('DISABLE_HOOKS', true); doesn't work, is there something I can delete or change in the database or is it somewhere in the files??
                      Any help would greatly be appreciated. thanks
