how to use a rss and make an auto post?

i would like to use a rss from a website to make an automatic post all times there is new information in that rss..

is there any way?

i know in wordpress exist something that do this..but on vbulletin i´ve searched and i found nothing...

Yes. In the AdminCP under RSS Feeds -> RSS Feed Manager.

In the future you should create a new topic instead of reopening a decade old topic. Posting in the vBulletin 5.X forums makes sure you get the support for your version of the software.
