How do I change the number of allowed images per post?

I am very new to all this and can't seem to figure out how to change the settings so it will allow users to include more than 4 images per post.

If someone can get back to me it would be much appreciated.

In your Control Panel look for:
Vbulletin Options ---> Message Posting and Editing Options ---> Maximum Images Per Post . There you can limit how many images per post

AdminCP -> Options -> Message Posting and Editing Options -> Maximum Images Per Post
set to 0 to disable (i.e. allow unlimited images), or to any number you want.

No, there is no option to do that by usergroup.
