    Create a new style with no parent:
    • Styles & Templates > Style Manager > Add New Style
    • Parent Style: No Parent Style
    • Title: Default vBulletin
    • Allow User Selection: Yes
    • Save

    Then, when you next see this problem, switch styles to the default style and see if you can still see that text.

    If I post CSS and you don't know where it goes, throw it into the additional.css template.

        OK, then try disabling your modifications/plugins and see if you still have this problem.
        Note: To temporarily disable the plugin system, edit config.php and add this line right under <?php

        PHP Code:
        define('DISABLE_HOOKS'true);

            If you have created a new totally default style, and you have disabled your plugins, and neither of those have fixed your problem, the next thing to do is to reupload all the original totally default vB files (except install.php).

              I have disabled all plugins,define('DISABLE_HOOKS', true);(Did not solved the problems)

              I have reuploaded orijinal vB non-image files (except install.php) in ASCII format,overwrote the ones on the server.Uploaded the admincp files to which ever directory I have set in my config.php file.(Did not solved the problems)

                I can't think of anything else. I guess at this point you may want to put in a support ticket (they will want to use the default style and have the plugins off).
