Usergroup Update Error

Upgraded to 3.8.3, and went to update Usergroup permissions and got this error which prevents me from going forward ...

yes, you're right...have just removed the XML from the ftp includes/xml for that hack, and rebuilt the bitfields...all is well... Thanks for your time!
