Attachments in Firefox

Looks like those users who use FF can not see the attachments, seeing either red "x" or just something like

"Name: filename.JPG Views: 6 Size: 57.1 KB"

wording. Any advise?

I use FF and I can perfectly see attachments

Just check if you allowed ur guests to see attachments

Admincp > usergroups > unregistered / not logged in users > can view attachments

Thanks, but he ones with this problem are not guests, and their groups do have that permission.

Ask your user user to clear their Browsing and Download History.

Tools > Clear Recent History
