Wasted an hour on this....How do I increase file attachment option...not php.ini

I know the drill with php.ini...but how can I increase the file sizes for the below

Try the ACP -> Attachments -> Attachment Manager -> Edit.

I found it...gosh - its placed in the wrong place!!!!!!
