What for is _phrase table... it weight is 5mb!! and have 26 thousands entrys!

That table is for the text you see on your forums. A MySQL table can handle 26K rows, no problem. Do you have various language packs installed? -
Just english and spanish.
English its id 1 in language table and spanish 6
But _phrase in languageid have the ids -1 ; 0 ; 3 and 6 distributed in 26k rows...

When I upgrade vBulletin, I import the french language, then use a script which copy this languages into français (same values, excepted when there is a customisation), by accessing directly to the vBull_phrase... -
When I'm attempting a fresh install it keeps giving me this error when i go to /core/install/install.php

Changed Install.php to Upgrade.php and it's now also stuck at Step 15 of 22. On GoDaddy hosting..
