    Social Groups?

Where do I create them? I made the categories, but I can't find a link anywhere to make a new one...

Ok, I found that they are accessed via /group.php

So, I can probably make a link from that.

EDIT: How come their is no message box to post messages? My permissions should be correct. Help please...

If you have the right usergroup permissions you can create a Social Group in your User CP:

User CP -> Networking -> Social Groups -> Create a New Group

Change CKEditor Colors to Match Style (for 4.1.4 and above)

Yup, I found that, thanks. However, where is the message box that is supposed to be inside the group page?

            Bump? D:

I don't see the message box in my groups. It's kind of stupid, I've checked all the permissions and stuff. What could be the problem?

Guys please, I could really use some help here.

If it helps, I installed this mod:

But, even before that was installed, it didn't show the message box. Here is a screenshot of a social group of mine:

As per the forum rules please wait at least 12 hours before bumping your threads.
You have to go into the Social Group itself, not the editing of it. If you do and if you have not broken this with a modification you will see a link to: Post New Discussion

The modification you installed is for 3.7 and I would guess you are running 3.8. The variables for the message/discussions changed between the two versions so that modification will not work unless you upgrade the template to use the correct variable names.

If I post CSS and you don't know where it goes, throw it into the additional.css template.

Well, I reverted back to the other template. However, I still don't see a message box. =\

You won't see a message box since 3.8 has Discussions now. You create a Discussion and then select the discussion and then you may post a message in that discussion.

It's there if you are looking in the right place and have the right permissions.

What? No more messages? Well, that solves my problem guys.

I still can't find where to decline a group invite though...
