'kill' admin log entry - undo?

A member requested to have his account deleted after a few arguments with various other members. My policy is usually to disable the account, leaving it open for a return at a later date if the member changes their mind after a cool-off period.

However, I was out at the time so another admin decided to persue the request - and deleted the account, not realising I don't delete them.

Is there a method of undoing the kill action?

I don't have a recent enough sql backup to do it that way.

Once a user is deleted, there is no way to restore them without a backup.
