BBcode not parsing

When posting messages in cyrillic characters (UTF-8) BBcodes is not parsing. Database and tables in utf8_general_ci. I post by admin account (full permissions). If at least non-latin char is in post, no parsing. Everything is ok when whole message in latin chars.

Unfortunately, nothing helps... I thing problem in regular expressions used in the scripts. They do not like UTF-8

I reinstall whole forum with one-byte charset (cp1251), but problem not disappeared! It's not UTF-8 problem! What should I do to solve it?

Everything is ok when quoted text is in English-letters. But if at least non-English char between quoting tags, they not parsing.


One solve of this problem is to (Admin -> Maintainance -> Update Counters -> Rebuild Post Cache) after every post
but it is not well solve!
