After upgrade admin panel and site issue

A few days ago I upgraded my site from 3.7.1 to the latest version 3.8.3 and have the following issue with social groups and of course social groups does not work.

This is what it looks like in the admin panel


I have reuploaded all group files and this did not fix it, what can I do?

First reupload the 3.8.3 'install/*.xml' files. Make sure you upload these in ASCII format, overwrite the ones on the server, and that version 3.8.3 shows in the upper right-hand corner of the page. Then run '../install/finalupgrade.php'.
