How do i hide my site's CSS from other people when they view the source of my website?

I suspect that's not possible, otherwise, how would the page be rendered?

vBulletin Options -> vBulletin Options -> Style & Language Settings

Set Store CSS Stylesheets as files? to Yes. Just be sure you have a directory called 'vbulletin_css' inside the 'clientscript' folder, and that the web server has permission to write and delete files within that directory.

The above will show a link to your CSS sheet, instead of including the CSS when viewing the source.
