I want to add stuff to my site's CSS but i cannot find the css document. Where should this be located?..

Just go here: AdminCP>Styles & Templates>(Select Style You want)>Click "Main CSS"

You can either customize css for each section, or scroll down & edit Additional CSS Definitions
