When I go to User - Mass Move/Prune, no matter what criteria I use, I cannot pull any users out of a usergroup that has 25 Additional Users. So does the Mass Move pull the Primary users only?

I've been trying to use the Prune/Mass Move feature. But I am getting "No Users Matched your Query". I believe it is because the users I want to move are Secondary Users within the Usergroup....Mon 22 Jan '18, 5:14am -
I have around 3000 members that are in a usergroup that I don't want to use anymore. Is it possible to mass move the users in that group to another usergroup?
