First, try turning GZIP off here:

Admin CP -> vBulletin Options -> Cookies and HTTP Header Options -> GZIP HTML Output -> No

Change CKEditor Colors to Match Style (for 4.1.4 and above)

Did not work. I now get this error:

Warning: tempnam(): open_basedir restriction in effect. File() is not within the allowed path(s): (/home/user/:/usr/lib/php:/usr/php4/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php:/usr/local/php4/lib/php:/tmp) in [path]/includes/class_upload.php on line 275

Warning: fopen(): Filename cannot be empty in [path]/includes/class_upload.php on line 281
Upload failed due to failure writing temporary file.

Enable phpinfo in the Admin CP, then provide the URL to your forums. This may help us troubleshoot this problem.

Admin CP -> vBulletin Options -> Server Settings and Optimization Options -> Public phpinfo() Display Enabled

Ok, I got it to work . I just enabled SAFE MODE in Server Settings and Optimization Options

edit: Will this have an effect on anything else?
