To define sorting of threads (date and NOT name)

    Hi

Everytime I go into one of the subforums in my forum http://www.toonhaze.com/forums/ , it sorts the topics in alphabetical order. I want every topic to automaticly be sorted by "Last Post Time", so that everytime someone posts a new reply, the topic goes on the top of the list. How do I do that?

You can set the default sort order and field in the Forum Manager.

Set the Sort Field to Last Post Time and the Order to Descending.

Forums & Moderators -> Forum Manager.

Many thanks. Another thing though; Is there a way to make it adapt this way of sorting automaticly every time I create a new sub forum? Or do I have to set it manually every time a subforum is made?

When you create a new forum, located at the top you will find: Create Forum Based off of Forum: Select the parent forum, (or another sub-forum that is already under the parent) and it will bring in all the data of that forum, just change the name and description, etc.
